With a background in broadcast journalism, Carole Giangrande has been an on-air personality on CBC Radio as well as a novelist and short-story writer. Carole's read her fiction at Toronto's Harbourfront Centre, at the Banff Centre for the Arts, at the University of Toronto, on radio and at numerous libraries and schools. She's also appeared on TV and has addressed university and high school audiences and citizens' groups across Canada. She's twice served as a Writer-in-Residence, and has taught Media Writing at Ryerson University in Toronto.
